We work with farmers who share values of quality and sustainability through certified organic apples. Produced in the town of Pericó, in São Joaquim and carefully harvested by hand.
THE CIDERIE
Villadagio cider is developed in the Epagri research laboratory, nationally recognized as a center of excellence in beverage technology, with scientific impetus from apple cultivars in Santa Catarina.
Villadagio's unique recipe is the result of collaboration between cider lovers and winemaker Dr. Vinicius Caliari.

VISITS & TASTING
The tasting room is located in the birthplace of the Santa Catarina apple in São Joaquim, in a spectacular view amidst the Araucaria forests.
